For the record, I looked up all emails and notes for your account, and not only did we send you an email explaining that we'd be happy to refund you, we also called you to process the refund but there was no further communication.

I'm happy to report that MasterWriter 2.0 is running smoothly on the new computer. I was pleasantly surprised a few months after the e-mail I had sent, with a response that they had a fix in place. I contacted MW to see if there was going to be a fix for it, and even though they responded, I didn't have very high expectations that anything would be done, since the 3.0 version has been available and is the product that is likely receiving the focus of their attention. The result being that the Audio tab was not functional at all.

The most recent example of exemplary customer service had to do with a compatibility issue, as I am still using the 2.0 version on a new iMac running Yosemite. In the 7+ years I've been using the software, there have been a few occasions where technical assistance was needed, and I was tended to in a prompt, professional, and very friendly, personal manner. It is an indispensable tool for any songwriter, and any songwriting session always starts with launching MasterWriter. I have been using MasterWriter since 2008. Excellent software backed by equally excellent customer service.
